I love working with flowers. I had an elderly neighbor who owned a flower shop. She taught me how to design fresh and silk flowers. I ran the shop for her for a year. I learned so much. She was very meticulous and wired and wrapped each flower separately. That is how I do my designs, this allows for perfect placement of the flowers. And they hold up so much better than flowers stuck in foam. I love fresh flowers and I’m always happy when I get a chance to work with them. But mostly I use faux or artificial flowers. They are so versatile.
I love to be original and I especially like it when a bride asks me to create something unique and special for her wedding. Here are some of my creations. You can also see them in my Etsy shop.
