My sweet niece picked out these cheerful sunflowers for her wedding bouquet. What a cutie!
I have since used the sunflower for thousands of bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres. I’ve made many variations, some with twine or burlap for a rustic feel. Others with baby’s breath or satin bows and lots with royal blue flowers or ribbons. Probably the most popular is the twine wrapped sunflower.
The twine wrapped boutonniere takes quite a while to make so I decided to add some options that are less expensive and faster to make. I came up with a basic sunflower item that can be used as a boutonniere or a corsage and has lots of variations.
Here are my 10 designs.
These boutonnieres are available in my Etsy shop, Southcastle Creations.
